The bowl chamber is filled with the suitable drying media i.e corn cobs , walnut shells , the wet components are loaded in to the dryers continuously or batch wise or through loading chute , the wet components travels automatically by vibratory force around the chambers , the media scrub the components and absorb the water particles , with short time cycle the components gets the dry and collected out side the dryers either manually or automatically , the media heating systems also to be provided optionally.
The different sizes of the dryers are available, or made and design as per the customers specifics requirements.
