Components and medias are separating by means of vibratory tray feeder , In  which the perforated or polyurethane screens of  desire sizes ( bigger than media )fitted with the vibratory tray , components and parts combined to be loaded in the tray as vibration starts the linear motion of the components and media over the screens starts , the media collected from the bottom outlet  and the parts collected on the top out let . Additionally the washing system also provided along the this machine as per customers requirements.
